Copper slag is an abrasive for blast cleaning. It is of high hardness,fast rust-removing ,excellent efficiency,no harm to human health and low price, it is suitable for free lapping, blast cleaning and for making organic bonded abrasive tools, the results of application to shipbuilding, bridge construction indicates that copper slag is the best rust cleaner not only for above application but also for petrochemical and hydro-electrical industries.

Copper slag is a low cost expendable media suited for impact blast cleaning in open, due to its low cost and silica free nature ensuring no health hazard linked to the use of silica sand. Its sharp, hard cutting edges ensure a fast cleaning action and excellent surface profile preparation. It is one of the most economical abrasives media available for cleaning steel surfaces where recovery and reuse are not practical like in case of shapes during maintenance, tank forms, pipe lines and other large structures.

Inspection equipment

A: Generally, samples will be finished within 1-3 working days after received your sample fee.
 
Q2: What is the production time?
A: Production time are different from different products, the production time is 15-20 days after sample approval and receiving your deposit.
 
Q3: What is the payment terms?
A: Normally, we accept 30% deposit and the balance by B/L copy. Of course it is negotiated for some special orders, we can also accept D/P at sight and L/C at sight.

Q4: What is the minimum qty ?
A: 1000KGS or 5Tons according to different products.
